The video Fjäråstubbies takes place on the green grass-encrusted hills behind the grocery in my hometown of Fjärås in Sweden. Four children living there play the roles of the Teletubbies (characters from a children's program). The children use codes and expressions from the TV program in their play. This piece investigates the way media affects and spreads to every corner of every small society and creates an universal language.
